There are two ways to use apple cider vinegar – internal and external.

The Second Method (External):

- Mix 2 liters of water and 150 ml of apple cider vinegar and apply on painful places and keep this solution to act for 5 minutes. Apply it so that the skin has absorbed the entire the useful elements of this acetate mixture.
- Use pure apple cider vinegar. Massage lightly in a circular motion into affected areas of feet. For positive results use before taking a shower.
- Foot bath is as efficient as foot wraps. In a container pour 1 liter of warm water and 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Soak feet in this solution for about 30 minutes. Such baths are a big help in the condition where you get your legs exhausted and pain in them increases.
