Chia seeds and oats are a fantastic duo for this. They are extremely nutritious and will provide the amount of energy that’s needed to last the entire day. It will help you lose weight in the process and even burn fat.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THESE?

Beta-glucan is oats specific. It is a fiber which is very beneficial. Mainly it’s beneficial and helps you maintain your heart health. It will lower the bad cholesterol, regulate your blood levels and improve your overall cardiovascular health. Also it has an abundance of proteins.

While the benefits for the chia seeds are the omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. They too improve your cardiovascular health and have anti-inflammatory properties. Athletes are advised to consume a lot of chia seeds as they are very beneficial and have regenerative properties as well.

Recipe: Breakfast

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • Vanilla (2 tablespoons)
  • 500ml water
  • Cinnamon powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Honey (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt sea (1 pinch)
  • Chia seeds (4 tablespoons)

The way to prepare the breakfast is to add the water, vanilla and the cinnamon in a pot. You need to bring it to a boiling state. After this reduce the heat and add the oats. You should leave it simmering for 5 minutes and set it aside to settle down. Let it settle for 5 minutes and cover it.

After this add the honey and salt and mix everything thoroughly.  After this pour the mixture in a bowl and add the chia seeds.It’s a very energetic breakfast. If you crave you can add fruits such as bananas, apples or strawberries. It’s your choice, you can add fruit or eat it raw. It’ll be delicious either way.
