Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of parsley leaves
1 teaspoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
200 ml. of water
Method of Preparation:
- Boil the water in a pot, then add the chopped parsley leaves and simmer the mixture on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Next, remove the pot from the heat and leave it to cool down, then add the lemon juice or ACV and mix well.
- Pour the mixture in a container and keep it in the fridge.
Using:
